Home-based role with UK travel required.
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Job Overview:
Conduct social audits assigned by the office.
Assign audit processes to team members.
Supervise and support team members for development (training, guidance).
Ensure audit processes meet Eurofins CPA and client expectations.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Accurate, complete, and timely reports.
- Adherence to Eurofins CPA Code of Ethics.
- Compliance with Eurofins CPA policies (HR, Integrity, QA, IT, EHS).
- Adherence to record-keeping procedures.
- Following client instructions on platforms/tools.
- Following Eurofins CPA escalation/cascading procedure.
Performance & Development:
- Achieve job objectives.
- Complete other job-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- APSCA status CSCA.
- Proven experience as Social compliance auditor (Amfori BSCI, SMETA by Sedex, COC and SLCP, others).
- Knowledge of management systems, social compliance, and environmental management systems (beneficial).
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
- High ethical values.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
