We’re on a mission to make our products shine online. This role is perfect for someone who loves getting into the detail of product content and merchandising. You’ll play a big part in shaping our digital presence and making sure our customers get the best possible brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management: Work with our global teams to pull together product content. Coordinate with our brand and language leads to make sure everything is localised and relevant across different European and International markets. Help maintain content in our Product Information Management (PIM) system, Salsify.
- Amazon and Marketplace Merchandising: Lead how our products show up on Amazon and other marketplaces, optimising PDPs and placing products in the right categories. Own the full product setup process, making sure product listings are accurate and new product is delivered on time. Keep our Amazon Brand Stores and marketplace shops fresh and inspiring. Build and optimise A+ content.
- Retail E-Comms Support: Share best practices and toolkits with our International Channel Marketing team to support with setup on retail partner sites. Provide content and guidance for new product introductions.
- Campaign & Promo Support: Help deliver marketing activity, from briefing emails to updating promotional content. Get involved in planning and running big events.
- Reporting & Analysis: Keep an eye on how our content and merchandising is performing. Dive into search and keyword trends to spot opportunities for Advertising optimisation. Benchmark against best-in-class brands to spot new opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
