About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Marketing Manager to help launch and scale our Shopify stores. In this role, you'll oversee daily e-commerce operations, manage digital ad campaigns, and drive online sales through strategic marketing initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute your insights on branding, storytelling, and product research while working closely with the founder.
- E-Commerce Operations
- Manage and optimize Shopify stores, ensuring seamless product listings, descriptions, and SEO.
- Conduct product research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Provide daily analytics reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Plan, create, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok Shop.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and optimize creatives based on data insights.
- Assist in crafting engaging product storytelling for ads and organic content.
- Social Media & Branding
- Oversee content scheduling and social media management across platforms.
- Optimize branding strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and platform changes.
Immediate Tasks (Week 1 Expectations)
- Audit the Shopify store and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Set up and launch at least one ad campaign (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, or TikTok Shop).
- Create and upload new product listings with SEO-friendly descriptions.
- Analyze current social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Provide insights on existing marketing strategies.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- At least 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, specifically Shopify.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or similar).
- Strong social media marketing knowledge, including content scheduling and engagement strategies.
- Analytical mindset—ability to interpret ad performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proactive and independent problem-solver with a self-starter attitude.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with email marketing and automation.
- Background in SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience in branding and product storytelling.
