As PSI CRO grows, we need to galvanize our employment brand. We’re looking for a motivated leader with a passion for company culture.
You will:

You will:
- Develop PSI employment brand strategy.
- Partner with HR to understand internal hiring needs.
- Lead and measure employee engagement programs.
- Manage external employer award submissions.
- Oversee internal brand communication strategy.
- Develop employment branding, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Research and report industry trends in employment branding.
- Develop and monitor recruitment advertising campaigns.
- Produce career-focused recruitment contact.
- Oversee the team responsible for internal communication strategy.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
- Experience crafting global brand strategies
- Passion for connecting people and working across departments
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and recruitment marketing
- Experience with Workday, SmartRecruiters, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong writing skills and basic knowledge of graphic design
- Understanding of social media trends, tools, and technologies
