Full-Time Engagement Marketing Manager

Color Health is revolutionizing cancer care.

The Engagement Marketing team is seeking an Engagement Marketing Manager to support the project management and execution of multi-channel communication campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support project management and execution of multi-channel communication campaigns.
• Drive member enrollment across Color’s entire customer base.
• Lead B2B2C email marketing efforts.
• Consult with key clients on the most effective way to roll out Color.
• Manage program execution to understand the population, channels, messaging, and enrollment goals.
• Develop client-specific strategies.
• Own strategic initiatives to evolve the craft, scale efforts, and test innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to earn trust.
• Brainstorm with clients, understand outreach challenges, and partner with internal teams.
• Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Analyze performance data to inform strategy adjustments.
• Track and report on key performance indicators.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B2C.
• Experience creating and implementing enrollment marketing plans.
• Demonstrated success driving multi-channel engagement and member acquisition.
• Strong project management, communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with and presenting to clients.
• Experience using Braze.

Nice to have

• Experience with union and blue-collar populations
• Experience using Metabase and Google Suite
• Healthcare B2B2C marketing experience
