About the Role: We seek an experienced Enrollment & Engagement Marketing Manager to lead strategic campaigns growing participation in Solera’s network programs. Work cross-functionally, designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns reaching the right people.
Responsibilities:
- Engagement Strategy: Lead engagement campaigns across the full funnel (initial outreach to re-engagement). Craft compelling messaging, secure client alignment, contribute to new product launches, and forecast performance for strategic planning. Continuously improve performance by testing new messaging, channels, and tools.
- Client Partnership: Be the primary marketing contact for clients, ensuring Solera’s resources align with client needs. Understand client culture & platforms to tailor strategies. Balance customization with scalable best practices.
- Data & Optimization: Use data to improve engagement. Deliver campaign reports with clear takeaways and actionable recommendations. Measure, track, and document performance for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in growth, engagement, or lifecycle marketing across digital and offline channels.
- B2C or B2B2C marketing background, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or tech.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with email, SMS, direct mail, digital ads, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Iterable, Google Analytics, Wrike, PowerBI, or Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical skills, translating data into insights.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
