The Enrollment Operations Coordinator is responsible for processing and updating admissions documents in our CRM. They verify student file accuracy and comply with partner institution requirements. This role involves understanding transfer credit policies and evaluating transcripts for assigned partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process applications, transcripts, and supporting documents (mail, email, electronic).
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM and other systems.
- Evaluate transcripts for admission and transfer credit according to partner standards.
- Update student information within partner systems.
- Collaborate with Enrollment Advisors to facilitate prospective student enrollment.
- Determine when admissions files are ready for partner review and send files.
- Adhere to all personnel policies and procedures.
- Work regular schedule and shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in Higher Education student records management required.
- Experience with processing student applications and transcripts.
- Student transfer credit evaluation experience highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat or equivalent.
