- Actively participate in ERP implementation and enhancement projects (**requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, support**).
- Provide consulting expertise to evaluate business needs and design solutions aligned with **financial and accounting best practices**.
- Analyze business requirements, propose tailored recommendations, and contribute to **process improvement initiatives**.
- Collaborate closely with IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth **ERP integration across modules**.
- Prepare **functional documentation** and deliver **user training**.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally within the manufacturing sector (strong asset).
- Proven involvement in at least one full ERP implementation cycle (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or others).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
