Job Details
The marketing team is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead impactful events. The role involves end-to-end event planning, logistics, vendor management, and measurable results. This aligns event strategy with marketing and sales objectives, leveraging CRM and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Research events, manage exhibitions, organize sponsor-led events, and host webinars.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate venue selection, platform management, staffing, and shipping.
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Negotiate with suppliers and maintain relationships.
- Lead Management: Align event objectives with lead generation goals.
- Performance Reporting & Analytics: Track lead progress, event ROI, and generate reports.
- Budget Management: Manage event budgets and track expenses.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in managing events within SaaS, B2B tech, or Conversational AI.
- Experience managing events in the US.
- Proven experience in a SaaS, tech, or B2B marketing environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms.
- Willingness to travel.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in experiential marketing.
- Knowledge of lead-scoring methodologies.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making.
