Role summary: As Events Marketing Manager you will own end-to-end event strategy, planning and execution for institutional partners and a developer-first retail community. You will deliver high-impact virtual and in-person experiences, build integrated promotional plans, and drive awareness, engagement and measurable business outcomes. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Marketing Director on a remote, distributed team.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and own the annual B2B and B2C events strategy.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events including conferences, developer workshops and meetups.
- Create integrated promotional and go-to-market plans that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales and Business Development.
- Define and measure event KPIs and optimize events for community growth and business impact.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end events for developer and institutional audiences.
- Strong project management, vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with virtual event platforms and in-person event logistics.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring event ROI and performance.
- Ability to work core timezones from Pacific (North America) to GMT with overlap in Eastern.
