Full-Time Events & Marketing Manager

At Aptem, we're seeking an experienced Events & Marketing Manager to plan and deliver virtual and in-person events (UK), including our annual customer conference. This role also executes generalist marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the events strategy.
• End-to-end event management.
• Shape and maintain the events calendar.
• Develop content and liaise with speakers/presenters.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and venues.
• Oversee branded assets and giveaways.
• Event promotion via social, email, and website.
• Guest list management and communications.
• Post-event activities to maximise ROI.
• Support generalist marketing activities.

Events Include:

• Aptem-hosted product training webinars.
• Customer roundtables and events.
• Large in-person customer conferences.
• External conferences and exhibitions.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• 5+ years managing B2B events.
• Experience with webinar platforms (GoToWebinar, Teams).
• Budget management and negotiation skills.
• Copywriting skills.
• Office 365 proficiency.
• Social media platform experience (LinkedIn).
• Degree in Events Management, Marketing, or related field.

Desirable:

• Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
• Experience with Canva or other design tools.
• Video editing skills.
