1kx is a venture capital firm that helps founders launch and bootstrap token networks. We primarily lead seed and series A investment rounds with focus areas across infrastructure, consumer crypto, and middleware. We started in 2018 and have since been building a world-class platform to support our portfolio of 80+ companies, with the goal of being the most founder-friendly and helpful source of capital.
We seek a highly motivated, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to play a key role in supporting our Partners. This role demands a high level of organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a multifaceted environment. The successful candidate will gain the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders in a growing venture capital firm, contributing to high-level operations across a global team and footprint. You'll play a key role in managing administrative functions, while enjoying international exposure and a dynamic work environment.

What you offer
- Proven experience (ideally 5+ years) as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting multiple senior-level executives, preferably in a venture capital, startup, or financial services environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and excellent attention to detail.
- Extensive experience in calendar, scheduling, email, and project management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities; enjoy taking ownership of tasks; flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Enthusiasm for supporting the Partners and contributing to the firm's success.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with Figma, Canva, Breezy, Mailchimp, Luma, Eventbrite is helpful.
What you'll do
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Partners, including calendar management, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical details for the Partners.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Organize and maintain relevant files, records, and documents, including website updates, as needed.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and partners as needed.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the Partners, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all tasks and interactions.
