Renaissance is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to executive staff.
We’re looking for a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
This is a remote position with some reasonable evening and/or weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior leadership, primarily assisting the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and SVP Corporate Development.
- Manage communication with employees (internal and external executives).
- Plan and manage work to meet senior executives’ priorities and organizational goals.
- Manage professional and personal scheduling (agendas, emails, phone calls, client management, company logistics).
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management.
- Coordinate and plan meetings, conference calls, and events (logistics, space, communication, catering).
- Manage travel logistics (local, domestic, international).
- Attend and take notes in weekly meetings, following up on action items.
- Facilitate communication across all management levels.
- Create, edit, and proofread business communications and documents (using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality.
- Organize team communications and plan events.
- Prepare and track expense reports.
- Receive visitors (if onsite).
- Assist with special projects.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of executive-level support experience.
- Travel scheduling experience is required.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects.
- Ability to work with urgency and handle pressure, prioritizing effectively.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness, and efficiency.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
