Full-Time Executive Assistant - Growth Track

We're seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our COO and CEO. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine interest in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support:
2. Manage complex calendars and scheduling, coordinating internal and external meetings.
3. Arrange travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries).
4. Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents.
5. Conduct research and gather information as needed.
6. AI Tooling & Optimization:
7. Utilize AI tools (large language models, scheduling assistants, transcription software) to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
8. Identify opportunities for AI-driven process automation, data analysis, and decision-making.
9. Stay up-to-date on AI advancements and their applications.
10. Project Management:
11. Assist with project coordination and tracking, managing deadlines and deliverables.
12. Support the COO and CEO in preparing for board meetings, investor presentations, etc.
13. Maintain organized record-keeping systems.
14. Assist with onboarding new employees.
15. Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and remote communication
• Fluency in AI tooling (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard) and proven ability to apply AI
• Passion for MiSalud Health's mission and values
• English and Spanish language proficiency
