We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO – APAC. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the APAC CEO and leadership team.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO’s time is effectively prioritised, business processes run efficiently, and leadership engagements are well coordinated. You’ll bring your professional judgement and initiative to the role, ensuring seamless support across the region and global network.
- Managing complex calendar and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
- Preparing high-quality correspondence, presentations and reports
- Driving leadership team rhythms including meetings, performance reviews and strategic planning
- Coordinating leadership offsites, town halls and key leadership engagements
- Managing complex international travel and logistics
- Supporting process improvements and operational excellence
- Handling highly confidential matters with utmost discretion

Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting a senior executive or CEO in a complex, fast-paced organisation
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to navigate a political landscape within a complex matrix organisation
- Strong judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Zoom)
- High attention to detail and strong business writing skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse cultures and business levels
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation (preferred)
- Knowledge of professional services, engineering or infrastructure sectors (preferred)
- Experience working across Asia-Pacific and an understanding of regional nuances (preferred)
