About The RoleWe are looking for senior HR leaders passionate about developing and coaching people.
As a Mento coach, you'll partner with members to help them set and achieve goals, improve leadership skills, enhance communication, solve problems, and feel fulfilled in their work.
All coaches, regardless of experience, must complete Mento's ICF-certified coach training program.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing 1:1 coaching
- Participating in training sessions
- Communicating with members
- Being part of the coaching community
- Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy
Who are you?
- Director, VP, or other senior HR leader with 20+ years of experience managing HR teams and coaching individuals (coaching certification a plus)
- Passionate about helping people advance their careers
- Self-aware, high emotional intelligence, and create a safe space for vulnerability
- Growth mindset, comfortable in a startup environment
- Able to dedicate 12+ hours per month for 18+ months
Other Details
- Contract position, paid hourly with bonuses
- Must commit a minimum of 3-5 hours per week
- Must be able to work for 18+ months
- Fully remote position
- Candidates must be based in North America or Europe
