• Partner closely with the Hotels teams on both strategic and operational initiatives related to Performance and Reward.
• Act as a key point of contact and provide Subject Matter Expertise knowledge on remuneration, performance and benefits matters.
• Contribute to role benchmarking, job evaluation, compliance reviews, and process automation.
• Support the annual performance and remuneration review process.
• Conduct market analysis and reporting.
• Lead modelling, analysis and workforce costing.
• Ensure remuneration practices comply with Australian legislation.
• Lead ongoing improvements to remuneration tools and leadership capability.

Now let’s talk about you:

• Relevant tertiary degree qualifications e.g. HR, Business / Commerce.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in reward or compensation roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Deep understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and local regulatory compliance.
