Bring your extensive Performance & Reward experience to this exciting opportunity as the Performance & Reward Partner - Hotels. You will drive high performance and engagement through the design, implementation, and management of effective performance and reward programs.
Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Partner closely with the Hotels teams on both strategic and operational initiatives related to Performance and Reward.
- Act as a key point of contact and provide Subject Matter Expertise knowledge on remuneration, performance and benefits matters.
- Contribute to role benchmarking, job evaluation, compliance reviews, and process automation.
- Support the annual performance and remuneration review process.
- Conduct market analysis and reporting.
- Lead modelling, analysis and workforce costing.
- Ensure remuneration practices comply with Australian legislation.
- Lead ongoing improvements to remuneration tools and leadership capability.
Now let’s talk about you:
- Relevant tertiary degree qualifications e.g. HR, Business / Commerce.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in reward or compensation roles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and local regulatory compliance.
