Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for nursing and clinical roles across multiple healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of the healthcare hiring landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff
- Manage the full hiring process: posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of nursing talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interviews, credential verification, and onboarding steps
- Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate candidate records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and facility requirements
- Represent the organization professionally to candidates and clients
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of healthcare or nurse recruiting experience preferred
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, databases)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring
- Knowledge of credentialing, licensing, and healthcare compliance is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
