We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for managing digital platforms, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various channels. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with different teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the company’s HubSpot CRM and CMS.
- Edit and manage content on the company website using HubSpot’s CMS.
- Utilize AI tools and workflows to streamline data management within HubSpot.
- Create, analyze, and present reports generated through HubSpot.
- Manage and update the company blog and newsletter.
- Plan, execute, and optimize email communications and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to activity across social media platforms and online review channels.
- Coordinate mailing of employee rewards.
- Assist with planning, execution, and reporting of educational webinars.
- Develop print and digital marketing collateral.
- Support internal communications.
- Oversee the company’s Zoom enterprise account and manage user licenses.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing internal meetings.
- Represent the company at in-person sponsored and trade events as needed.
Requires occasional travel for local events, meetings, and corporate office.
