Full-Time Field Marketing & Events Specialist

The Role

As a Field Marketing & Events Specialist at Jscrambler, you will lead the strategy and execution of regional and international trade shows and field marketing events to promote our cybersecurity products, elevate our brand, and drive high-quality sales leads. You will craft high-end, memorable event experiences that amplify our small company brand, collaborating closely with sales teams and partners to align events with business objectives.

What will your day-to-day be like?

• Strategize and execute Jscrambler’s presence at trade shows and field marketing events.
• Design engaging, high-impact trade show booths and event experiences.
• Plan and manage end-to-end event logistics.
• Collaborate with sales teams and external partners to develop co-branded field marketing events.
• Manage event budgets and negotiate with vendors.
• Develop compelling marketing materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-event evaluations.
• Identify new opportunities for field marketing initiatives and partnerships.

We believe you’ll succeed if you have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in event management.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing corporate events and trade shows.
• Experience collaborating with partners to create co-branded field marketing events.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong creativity and a knack for crafting high-end, memorable event experiences.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and contribute to strategic marketing plans.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and proactive.
• Proficiency in event planning software and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Passion for technology, with knowledge of the cybersecurity industry being a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel for events as needed.
