Full-Time Field Marketing Manager

• Build, execute, and measure quarterly Field Marketing plans that include in-person events, webinars, and integrated campaigns.
• Align with the West Sales Team to support regional pipeline and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute demand generation programs that include paid and owned media, content creation, digital advertising programs, and partnerships with relevant publications.
• Deliver Account-Based Marketing programs tailored to the sales team’s top accounts.
• Understand and align with internal systems, such as lead scoring and nurturing, campaign creation and tracking, pipeline generation, and deal acceleration.
• Coordinate all aspects of tradeshows and networking events in the West region.
• Analyze program results and optimize as needed.
• Maintain ongoing communications with the West Director of Sales, Field Marketing peers, and cross-funcutional teams, as necessary.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to understand their goals, align on planning, and obtain buy-in for field marketing programs.

• Bachelor’s degree, emphasis in marketing preferred
• A minimum of five years of software/technology field marketing experience
• Knowledge of Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, and other MarTech is preferred
• Strong demand generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns
• Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to be creative, efficient, and productive with minimal supervision or guidance
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Ability to travel up to 30%
