Full-Time Finance Analysis Manager

Job Description

• Collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization, you will work closely with finance teams, department heads, and senior management to understand their financial needs and provide tailored insights that drive informed business decisions.
• Supporting the preparation of the monthly financial reporting package and analyzing variances to budget.
• Assisting in the preparation of rolling forecast and cash forecast and identifying material changes/assumptions from prior forecasts. 
• Support in preparing the monthly margin analysis report including reconciling to reported financials. 
• Responsible for maintaining Prophix tool (our forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting tool) and partnering with stakeholders to ensure the information is complete and up to date. 
• Collaborating in preparing the annual budget including collaborating with key client and service line stakeholders. 
• Working closely with M&A Manager to prepare underwriting forecast and sensitivity analysis.
• Support due diligence process including interacting with the target and with internal teams and third party vendors.

Qualifications

• Ability to dissect and interpret large volumes of data to provide accurate and insightful financial reports that support our strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP. 
• Ability to develop robust, dynamic financial models and analyses.
• Experience with Prophix is valued.
• Adaptability to work in fast paced environments. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Experience with M&A transactions and preparation of documents.

• Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!  

How much experience must I have?  

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
