As Finance Business Partner - Exports, you'll support the International Finance team, partnering with the Regional Sales Leads to drive the business performance goals. As an experienced story teller and influencer, this role will partner with and influence all commercial decision making. Using data lead insights, simple and clear storyboarding in a timely fashion will be key to your success. You will be joining a team of innovative high-performers who rely on collaboration and adaptability within a continuously evolving environment to achieve positive outcomes. In this role you will also ensure constant alignment between multiple stakeholders, while proactively providing commercial support and guidance on key strategic initiatives & opportunities.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role
- Own and manage the weekly and monthly performance reporting insights, including clear communication of key drivers
- Provide detailed analysis and recommendations on portfolio case rate volume, pricing, trade spend efficiency
- Proactively communicate commercial impacts that will have an impact on the portfolio
- Develop initiatives to improve visibility and accountability of business Sales and Profit performance
- Support strategic and project analysis to drive improved returns on Trade Spend Investments and CODB spend
- Proactively work with key stakeholders to optimise ways of working
- Play a key role in the forecast and budget processes for the business
- Clear and effective communication across multiple groups of stakeholders
Qualifications
You are an energetic customer centric finance professional, a commercial thinker, and a strong business partner that is able to liaise with all levels of management. You’re someone who is genuinely passionate about interpreting high volumes of data to provide insights to the business, and you have the ability to be proactive and manage deadlines as well as think outside of the square to solve complex problems. You will have excellent attention to detail and most importantly are highly confident and capable with stakeholder engagement, and partnering with the business to provide key insights in addition you'll have;
- 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting (post Graduate roles)
- CA/CPA qualification;
- Advanced experience using financial systems and reporting tools in a commercial environment e.g. Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, D365, Power BI
- As system savvy person that is comfortable in extracting and translating data from multiple systems
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to navigate through a complex organisational structure and work effectively cross functionally
- Strong presentation and storyboarding skills
- Advanced time management and prioritisation skills
- Able to communicate complex financial information simplistically
- Ability to prioritise team efforts to support business requirements
- Desire for ongoing continuous improvement and process excellence
