- Managing purchase requisitions and liaising with teams.
- Serving as the contact between Accounts Payable and other departments.
- Coordinating credit card processes and ensuring monthly reports.
- Assisting in generating standard reports for month-end analysis.
- Supporting audits by organizing documentation.
- Monitoring internal communications for finance queries.
- Helping with the rollout of new finance tools.
- Handling finance administration tasks.
About You:
- 2–4 years in administration, finance support, or business operations.
- Detail-oriented with coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills.
- Proactive and takes ownership.
- Good understanding of procurement and finance processes.
- Comfortable with ERP systems like Workday, SAP, or Netsuite.
- Independent and a team player.
- Committed to continuous improvement.
