Full-Time Financial Controller

• Manage the development of financial results and financial position for multiple business units.
• Develop and present analyses of financial results and business activities including client program results.
• Support development of annual budget and operating plan.
• Maintain database of key operating, financial and client metrics.
• Support transaction processing for business operations including management of staff responsible for transaction processing
• Maintains confidentiality and impartiality in all aspects of work.
• Develops, maintains and enhances processes to support efficient, effective management of all business unit financial activities.
• Actively manages and develops assigned resources responsible for key transaction processing.
• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Accounting/finance experience; business management knowledge; KPI measurement and management experience
• College Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant study. CPA certification is a huge plus.
