Full-Time Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

As our FP&A Manager at Wpromote, you'll drive strategic decisions through sharp financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You'll collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights, boost financial performance, and fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in annual budgeting process.
2. Collaborate with teams to develop financial models, forecasts, and monitor targets.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
4. Analyze financial metrics and provide insights for profitability and efficiency.
5. Develop dashboards and KPIs for tracking performance.
6. Optimize financial planning processes for accuracy and efficiency.
7. Implement and manage financial systems and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Align financial plans with business goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with ERP and financial systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Compensation: $145,000 - $170,000 (based on factors like experience and skills).
