Full-Time Flo Installation Manager

The Flo Installation Manager drives changes and improvements in our Flo installation business. This role coordinates priorities with the Sr. Manager Flo Installations to help build and manage all activities around the installation of customers purchasing Flo through our Affinity channel.

This role's focus is on ensuring a quality customer installation experience by identifying areas of improvement and driving both strategic and tactical imperatives as directed by the Sr. Manager of Flo Installation. Role reports to Sr. Manager of Flo Installations for Flo Affinity business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with management of installation network providers that are contracted to install Flo.
• Help implement new installation partners and onboard them in the network and ensure the plumbers used are trained and qualified to perform the work prescribed.
• Track and report on metrics that measure key objectives.
• Make suggestions on activities that can be added to a list of key initiatives around Flo installation and customer experience, and execute assigned tasks and projects as directed.
• Engage cross functional stakeholders as needed to drive key initiatives and resolution to installer and customer issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent construction or plumbing experience required.
• 5+ years’ experience in Operations, Logistics, or Construction – plumbing industry experience a plus.
• Prior experience in project management preferred.
• Holding a plumbing license is preferred.

Additional Information:

• Position is remote but could involve travel up to 25% of the time.

Compensation:

Hiring Pay Range: $71,000-$107,800 USD.
