• Strong leadership skills, communication, and understanding of game production processes are essential.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager, Game Producer, Project Coordinator, or Product Manager.
• At least 1 year of experience in the game development industry (preferably mobile).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project planning skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in analyzing team or project performance and building effective processes.
• Interest and knowledge of mobile games is essential.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

• Support and enhance game production processes.
• Maintain continuous communication with the production team.
• Develop and manage detailed plans for each game update.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including brand licensors.
• Provide insights around production workflows, live operations, player feedback, and overall team health.
• Analyze team performance and implement processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure project updates deliver in time within planned scope.
