Full-Time German-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant

• Responsibilities:
• Implement optimization solutions.
• Build campaigns for high value advertising customers.
• Create Keyword packs, bids and budget suggestions.
• Gather and analyze data at account and campaign level.
• Create reports to support optimization strategies.
• Use optimization techniques across Search, Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile and YouTube.
• Identify opportunities to help sales teams.
• Maintain understanding of departmental processes and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Identify areas for operational adaptation or improvement.

• Requirements:
• Native German and fluent English.
• Critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail.
• Min. 1 year experience with Google Ads.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools: search engine optimization, Keywords, AdWords, PPC optimization techniques, SEO/SEA Google Ad.
• Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of Excel tool: CTR, CPA, Average Monthly Search Volumes, Vlookup and Pivot Tables.
• Energetic, innovative, and proactive.
• Excitement about intercultural communication.
• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
• Valid Portuguese work permit (required).
