Global Head of Digital Marketing & Branding
Drive digital marketing and branding strategies for compelling global presence.
Report to Global Marketing & Communication Department.
Enhance digital customer experience, amplify brand identity, and leverage digital channels for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Ecosystem Management & Strategy
- Build, maintain, upgrade, and manage comprehensive digital marketing ecosystem (websites, platforms, social media).
- Ensure brand consistency, security, and optimized customer journey.
- Develop digital experiences across customer touchpoints to drive engagement and loyalty.
- Digital Marketing & Growth
- Design and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, social advocacy, and customer retention.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Website & Digital Experience Management
- Lead website strategy, ensure seamless UX/UI, mobile optimization, and accessibility across devices.
- Utilize analytics to track performance, identify improvement areas, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Brand Identity & Content Strategy
- Define and evolve global graphic brand identity, maintaining consistency across channels (in collaboration with Corporate).
- Oversee engaging content aligned with SEO, brand messaging, and audience engagement.
- Data & Performance Analytics
- Implement and leverage digital marketing analytics for campaign effectiveness, strategy optimization, and business growth.
- Innovation & Emerging Technologies
- Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, best practices, and technologies for continuous innovation and market relevance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Global Marketing & Communication managers, cross-functional teams, and external agencies to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Team Leadership & Budget Management
- Lead a team of four professionals (social media, web management, branding).
- Manage external agencies and content creators.
- Oversee and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing and branding, ideally in an international company.
Core Competencies
- Strong strategic & analytical mindset, expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEA, SMO, content marketing, web analytics)
- Strong background in brand strategy, visual identity, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and project management tools (Basecamp, GanttProject, Atlassian Suite)
- Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and drive digital transformation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and build positive partnerships.
- Fluent in French and English (excellent written and verbal communication).
