The Industry Marketing team is seeking a passionate marketer to define the best program of action to excite and mobilize the Public Sector globally. In this role, you will distill our platform and products into compelling value propositions. Your role will require thought leadership, action-orientation, commitment to excellence and incredible teamwork. This individual contributor role reports to the Sr. Director, Industry Marketing.

- Own the narrative: create breakthrough positioning and messaging that tells how the ServiceNow AI platform creates value in areas that matter most to Federal Civilian, Defense and State Government buyers.
- Distill crisp positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Utilize leading AI tools to challenge your thinking and writing.
- Contribute subject matter expertise and leadership to cross-functional teams that are creating and executing GTM plans for the public sector.
- Educate the analyst community.
- Own public sector program delivery for ServiceNow’s events.
- Help rewrite the playbook for B2B messaging and marketing.
- Represent ServiceNow at industry events.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Excellent storytelling, positioning, messaging, and writing skills.
- Public speaking ability.
- Depth of knowledge about the public sector.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 12+ years of experience in product marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Must be a high-impact individual, dynamic speaker, and leader
