Job Details
As Global Manager, Brand Activations for Midscale & Economy Brands, you will:
- Work closely with individual brand teams to develop and implement impactful global activation strategies.
- Drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and brand preference through partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of a comprehensive brand partnerships strategy across Eco & Midscale brands.
- Lead the execution and co-ordination of key brand activations, experiential events, and strategic internal initiatives.
- Source and manage production companies, agencies, and vendors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop best practice strategies and ensure project taskforces are clear on deliverables.
- Develop and distribute toolkits, guidelines, and best practices across the network.
- Support the integration of the ALL loyalty program into brand activations and experiential initiatives.
- Track activation performance, report key insights, and support post-activation analysis.
- Manage and track activation budgets.
- Conduct research and analysis to monitor industry, consumer, and competitor trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/partnerships/branding
- Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
- Must be detail oriented, team player, self-starter
- Experience and cultural understanding of global markets and partnership practices/execution challenges
- Relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Have a finger on the pulse of trends, influencers, art, music, food, innovation, etc
- Willingness to travel occasionally for key brand events and activations
