Job Details

As Global Manager, Brand Activations for Midscale & Economy Brands, you will:
  • Work closely with individual brand teams to develop and implement impactful global activation strategies.
  • Drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and brand preference through partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of a comprehensive brand partnerships strategy across Eco & Midscale brands.
  • Lead the execution and co-ordination of key brand activations, experiential events, and strategic internal initiatives.
  • Source and manage production companies, agencies, and vendors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop best practice strategies and ensure project taskforces are clear on deliverables.
  • Develop and distribute toolkits, guidelines, and best practices across the network.
  • Support the integration of the ALL loyalty program into brand activations and experiential initiatives.
  • Track activation performance, report key insights, and support post-activation analysis.
  • Manage and track activation budgets.
  • Conduct research and analysis to monitor industry, consumer, and competitor trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/partnerships/branding
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
  • Must be detail oriented, team player, self-starter
  • Experience and cultural understanding of global markets and partnership practices/execution challenges
  • Relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Have a finger on the pulse of trends, influencers, art, music, food, innovation, etc
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for key brand events and activations
