- Champion customer engagement through strategies.
- Build consistent digital content.
- Enhance Sobi’s HCP portal (SobiPro).
- Co-create channel capability with colleagues.
- Set KPIs and monitor campaign performance.
- Assess future trends in customer engagement.
- Operate with ethical standards.
