The Global Omnichannel Customer Engagement Lead will deliver engaging experiences for healthcare professionals across all platforms, accelerating brand engagement and growth. This role focuses on EU and International Regions, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requires digital and omnichannel experience within pharma.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop omnichannel plans aligned to brand strategy.
  • Roll out best practice guidance to affiliates.
  • Create personalized journeys based on customer data.
  • Develop omnichannel guidance and governance.
  • Champion customer engagement through strategies.
  • Build consistent digital content.
  • Enhance Sobi’s HCP portal (SobiPro).
  • Co-create channel capability with colleagues.
  • Set KPIs and monitor campaign performance.
  • Assess future trends in customer engagement.
  • Operate with ethical standards.
University degree in Marketing, Engineering, Data or Computer Science required. Experience with Veeva and CRM ecosystems. Strong communication and project management skills needed.
