Full-Time GoHighLevel Sales & Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in GoHighLevel CRM. This role blends CRM management, sales, and marketing to ensure consistent lead generation, strong customer follow-ups, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize GoHighLevel CRM, including automation of nurture sequences and workflows.
• Generate quotes, follow up with leads via text, email, and phone, and close deals.
• Send invoices, secure payments, and assist customers with financing options.
• Develop, launch, and track social media, direct mail, and other marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with vendors and coordinate with teams to drive business growth.
• Monitor lead generation and adjust strategies to meet targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM.
• Strong sales and marketing skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized and results-oriented.
• Self-starter capable of adapting strategies independently.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Quiet home office work environment
• A fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps with internet backup available
