The JobGrowing the number of clients we serve at Atticus is one of the hardest and most rewarding things we do. The Growth Lead role mixes traditional marketing and acquisition with responsibilities unique to a quickly scaling a tech company.

• Launch and improve marketing campaigns on paid social channels.
• Partner with Creative to drive paid social creative.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to tailor client product experience.
• Help create the strategy for growing client acquisition.

• You have strong quantitative analytical skills and are comfortable working in data analytics platforms.

• You have a demonstrated commitment to doing good and helping people.

Bonus

• Experience using Looker, SQL, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience using Google and Meta Ads.
• Experience designing and producing digital ads.
