We’re looking for a Growth Lead to help make Northflank’s story resonate across the developer and engineering community. Northflank empowers developers with a self-service platform to build, deploy, and scale any workload on their preferred cloud infrastructure.
We’ve got tens of thousands of developers using our platform, $23M+ in venture backing, and a vision to make production workloads effortless.
Your Mission: Amplify our impact, craft a magnetic presence in developer ecosystems, and bring us closer to being the most loved name in cloud-native production workloads.
What you’ll do:
- Own and drive our marketing North Star metric: increasing the number of people trying Northflank.
- SEO Strategy: Own it. Keyword research, backlinking campaigns, and technical SEO to make us discoverable.
- Paid Media: Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Search Ads and LinkedIn.
- Community Engagement: Build a presence on Reddit, HN, StackOverflow, and other developer hubs.
- Product Launches/Announcements: Work closely with the product team.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team.
- Social Media: Lead our LinkedIn strategy.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product.
