Full-Time Growth Manager

• You’ll be talking to customers, launching new marketing initiatives, improving sales funnels, and communicating with the engineering team to turn customer needs into product features.
• You’ll own implementation from start to finish: writing copy, managing contractors, overseeing website changes, and making sure projects deliver measurable impact.
• Coordinate initiatives to drive more traffic through SEO, AI search, partnerships, etc.
• Manage updates to our website and funnels, and deliver marketing collateral (e.g. product videos).
• Oversee reporting and analytics initiatives (dashboards, GA4/GTM, MRR/churn analytics).
• Coordinate the work of our remote team (stand-ups, progress tracking, reviewing deliverables), and recruit/manage freelancers when needed.
• Research users, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities for improving our product and messaging, and help shape what we build next.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ship features that give leading marketing teams better visibility into their campaigns.

• Have excellent English (C1+) and can communicate clearly in both writing and conversation
• Are a strong writer who enjoys crafting messaging that resonates with real people
• Have hands-on SEO experience
• Feel comfortable using analytics tools to inform decisions and measure impact
• Are a strong verbal communicator
• Have experience hiring or managing freelancers
• Come from a startup or small-team environment
