Konovo is seeking a Growth Marketer, EU to expand our healthcare professional panel base across Europe, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influence Konovo's growth in Europe.
- Develop and implement effective growth strategies.
- Coordinate recruitment initiatives with internal teams.
- Represent Konovo at conferences and networking events.
- Use data-driven insights to refine outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the EU and UK.
What We’re Looking For:
- Business Fluency in Spanish, Italian, German, or French, in addition to business fluency in English.
- 5+ years in recruitment, business development, healthcare engagement, or market research.
- Ability to research, plan, and execute recruitment initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate recruitment performance.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
