We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale our marketing mix, including organic, affiliate, influencer, CRM, brand, and partnerships.
This role uniquely combines strategic thinking, analytical excellence, and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead non-paid growth strategy (SEO, ASO, partnerships, CRM, affiliate, influencer, referrals).
- Develop product-channel fit strategies, evaluating ROI across acquisition streams.
- Design and execute organic growth initiatives (discoverability, brand storytelling, partnerships).
- Lead touchless CRM nurturing funnels, monetization experiments, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Optimize the New User Experience (NUX).
- Build and scale a culture of experimentation with a strong testing and reporting framework.
- Leverage data for advanced segmentation and personalization.
- Champion the use of MarTech tools.
- Build, mentor, and lead a team.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or performance roles (at least 1 year leading initiatives/teams).
- Deep understanding of PLG models and organic growth strategies.
- Experience running A/B tests and iterating quickly.
- Understanding of full funnel optimization (acquisition to monetization).
- Strong technical & creative skills (data analysis tools, design, copy).
- Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally.
- Upper-Intermediate spoken English.
