Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) 🕵️♀️As our Growth Marketing Lead, you'll be the mastermind behind our marketing strategies, turning GlobalPassport™ into a household name for aspiring global citizens.
You'll:
- Craft irresistible content that makes people dream of their next international adventure
- Dive deep into data to uncover insights and optimize our marketing campaigns
- Design email journeys that guide our audience from curiosity to commitment
- Collaborate with our stellar team to align our marketing efforts with product innovations
- Manage and scale our marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and beyond
- Stay on top of the latest marketing trends and apply them to keep us ahead of the curve
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For in Our Marketing Hero 🦸♀️🏆
- 3-5 years of marketing wizardry, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- A creative mind that can turn complex ideas into compelling stories
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Mailchimp) and analytics software
- Ability to thrive in a high-speed environment and deliver quality work on tight deadlines
- An eye for design and a flair for maintaining brand consistency across all channels
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with paid social advertising and Google Ads management
- Video production skills to create engaging multimedia content
- Personal experience with international living or a passion for global citizenship
