At Offchain Labs, we are leading a decentralized future. We're looking for growth-minded individuals to drive user adoption for Web3 games on Arbitrum.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute user growth strategies for gaming partners.
- Design and implement strategic growth incentive campaigns.
- Consult gaming partners to accelerate on-chain adoption.
- Orchestrate marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders.
- Establish and evolve growth frameworks and community engagement programs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in growth management, preferably in Web2 or Web3.
- In-depth knowledge of the Web3 gaming ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Web3 gaming user funnels and cross-platform user journeys.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy.
- Ability to work across time zones.
- Case study and presentation required during the interview.
