Full-Time Growth Marketing Manager

Position Overview As the Growth Marketing Manager at LeveX, you will be at the forefront of our mission to double user trading activity within the next six months. Your role will focus on acquiring new users and enhancing engagement among our existing community.

You will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, leveraging channels such as email, push notifications, and SMS to drive user growth and activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative growth strategies to attract new users and increase engagement among existing users.
• Utilize various channels (email marketing, push notifications, SMS campaigns) to reach and engage the target audience.
• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product developments and company goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Proven experience in A/B testing and data analysis within marketing.
• Strong knowledge of marketing channels (email, push notifications, SMS) and their optimization.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably within the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
