We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on, and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to help grow our Testing Services in EMEA. You’ll own campaign planning and execution, driving demand, pipeline, and market impact across the region.
This is a remote role based in Bulgaria or Romania.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Market Strategy - Analyze local market drivers, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape go-to-market strategies.
- Go-to-Market Execution - Plan and execute launches for new and existing services.
- Sales Enablement - Develop localized sales tools: pitch decks, one-pagers, value propositions, objection-handling guides.
- Campaign Support & Demand Generation - Own campaign targeting and execution for ideal customer personas.
- Voice of Customer - Gather market insights to refine customer personas, positioning, and product roadmap inputs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and the broader Marketing team to align priorities, messaging, and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s a plus)
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably in a service business
- Fluent English speaker; second language is a plus
- Proven track record in launching products and creating regional market demand
- Excellent communication skills and project management abilities
- Experience working in a matrixed, global environment
- Experience with the following tools: Salesforce, PowerBI, WordPress, ChatGP

- Marketing-sourced lead generation and conversion
- Campaign ROI and pipeline contribution
- MQL to pipeline conversion
