We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead website performance, CRO, and demand capture.
Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Product Marketing teams to elevate key metrics like free trials, demo signups, and revenue conversions. Report to the Global Marketing Director.
Focus on optimizing the website and digital touchpoints for acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute website conversion optimization strategies.
- Define and manage website content strategy.
- Prioritize website requirements with marketing, product, and analytics stakeholders.
- Design content strategies incorporating copywriting, design, and experimentation (A/B & multivariate testing).
- Advise and collaborate with global marketing teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve website KPIs.
- Identify, pilot, and implement modern tools (AI, UX, personalization).
Skills Required:
- Proven experience managing website conversion strategies.
- Understanding of modern content management, AI-powered copywriting.
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools.
- Fluency in English (min. C1).
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
- Success in improving business-critical website KPIs.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies.
