- Drive user growth, engagement, and conversion across our social media platforms (Twitter, Discord, Telegram).
- Monitor social media platforms for industry trends.
- Track user interests and feedback and generate demand.
- Produce highly-engaging social media content.
- Recruit and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers.
- Plan and coordinate Web3 marketing campaigns.
- Foster an engaging and positive environment across our online community.
- Moderate discourse in the community.
- Provide customer support.
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience with a Web3/blockchain company.
- Hands-on experience in designing conversion-oriented marketing campaigns.
- Track record of scaling user growth on platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
- Ability to resolve user inquiries and disputes effectively.
- Familiarity with performance marketing and data analytics.
- Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
