Role OverviewThis role is responsible for executing and optimizing the demand generation engine, focusing on delivering measurable results in qualified leads and revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to create and optimize growth-driving campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Execution: Drive measurable growth in qualified leads and revenue via strategic campaigns. Own key performance metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, revenue). Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights. Collaborate closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Marketing Operations: Manage HubSpot instance, ensuring optimal utilization. Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and email nurture streams. Create and maintain dashboards for key metric tracking.
- Lead Generation & Management: Manage lead sourcing, curation (using internal data and platforms like ZoomInfo). Identify new technologies for lead generation enhancement. Design lead qualification frameworks, optimizing lead handoff between Marketing and Sales. Maintain high lead quality while scaling volume.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing to align campaigns with product messaging. Collaborate with Product team for campaign targeting based on product insights. Work with designers for high-converting assets. Coordinate with Sales to improve lead quality, building strong relationships for campaign success.
