Job Details
Overview: PolicyMe is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to accelerate customer acquisition across multiple channels. This role involves data-driven problem solving, creative strategy, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
What you'll be doing:
- Analyzing channel performance (Google, Facebook) to meet CAC and CPA thresholds.
- Owning day-to-day paid media operations and uncovering new growth levers.
- Driving creative strategy: writing briefs, partnering with video editors and designers.
- Building, testing, and adopting AI-powered workflows to automate parts of the growth engine.
- Collaborating across teams to improve product, funnel, and conversion performance.
- Supporting new go-to-market initiatives.
- Proactively identifying bottlenecks and tackling ambiguous challenges.
What we're looking for:
- 2â“3 years of experience in consulting, banking, strategy/ops, CPG, or a growth role at a startup/scale-up.
- Proven ability to use data to solve business problems (Excel, pivot tables, visualization tools).
- Exposure to product marketing or business growth.
- Curiosity and drive to experiment with AI tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly.
Nice to have:
- Experience executing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Startup or scale-up experience in growth or marketing roles.
- Strong product sense and commercial awareness.
- Ability to adapt quickly.
