We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Head of Community Marketing to lead our efforts in building a community of fanatics around Magic Eden.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for community and ecosystem growth.
• Develop scalable frameworks to foster an engaged, loyal, and value-driven community.
• Be hands-on in engaging with the community.
• Galvanize and activate core community contributors.
• Integrate community feedback into product, marketing, and organizational strategies.
• Establish KPIs and analyze metrics.
• Coach, grow, and act as a role model for a high-performing team.
• Oversee content creation and campaigns.
• Plan and execute high-impact virtual events.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in community leadership and ecosystem development with 4+ years in a team lead role.
• Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, or Web3 ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in developing high-impact community and ecosystem marketing strategies.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics and data-driven strategy development.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale teams.
• Skilled at building relationships.
• Experience organizing large-scale virtual events.

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 (USD)
