We offer technical assistance and consulting services for new and existing PACE programs.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and support go-to-market efforts. As a senior leader, you will drive key initiatives: shaping our brand story, managing product campaigns, and developing marketing channels aligned with business goals. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and scale a high-performing marketing function, impacting business growth. You will collaborate with the product team, understanding product value and timelines to enable effective sales enablement and customer success strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Story, Positioning & Messaging: Develop and maintain the Intus Care brand story. Create cohesive messaging frameworks reflecting our offerings and mission. Implement standardized language and messaging guidelines for consistency. Manage social channels, outbound campaigns, and brand positioning. Lead initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
- Product Marketing: Oversee pricing, packaging, and customer segmentation to facilitate sales and product adoption. Lead internal/external product launches and manage go-to-market strategies. Use data to craft customer-centric claims and outcomes. Collaborate with the product team on value propositions and launch timelines.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams. Identify target markets and customer segments. Build comprehensive launch plans (messaging, positioning, channel strategies, performance metrics). Monitor market trends and competitors.
- Pipeline Development & Sales Enablement: Develop standardized messaging and tools for sales and marketing teams. Create sales collateral (pitch decks, product guides). Design and optimize lead-generation campaigns (email, social). Oversee website updates for brand reflection, user-friendliness, and lead generation. Manage conference preparation and coordination.
- Market Insights and Analytics: Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Gather insights on customer behaviors, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Support product development and customer success with insights from research and beta testing. Cross-functional team coordination with product and commercial teams, aligning on messaging, timelines, and feedback.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Analyze ROI of marketing initiatives. Communicate marketing impact through regular reports, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a digital health marketing leader; 7-10+ years experience in digital health marketing; Successful support of marketing and go-to-market strategies; Experience working with product teams on complex products; Understanding of healthcare models; Strong project management skills; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Ability to deliver consistent results; Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field (MBA preferred).

Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000/year
