As our Head of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships you will lead Go Vocal’s international growth, drive its go-to-market strategies, and build a strong global brand.
You’ll lead a talented four-person team to scale our impact in participatory democracy.
Contributing to our big goal of bringing Go Vocal to over 1,000 cities in the next 3 years.
- Drive Go-to-Market Strategy and International Growth
- Shape GTM Playbooks: Design and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for priority regions (e.g., Germany, US, Nordics).
- Scale Lead Generation: Build and optimize lead-generation channels.
- Forge Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with municipal associations, referral partners.
- Build a Global, Impactful Brand
- Elevate Global Thought Leadership: Position Go Vocal as a leader.
- Refine Brand Positioning: Craft a compelling narrative.
- Showcase Tangible Impact: Highlight Go Vocal’s results.
- Inspire and Lead a High-Performing Team

- What do we expect from you?
- We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on marketing leader.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience working in marketing or growth.
- 4+ years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Fluent in English, both in writing and verbally.
