As our Head of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships you will lead Go Vocal’s international growth, drive its go-to-market strategies, and build a strong global brand.

You’ll lead a talented four-person team to scale our impact in participatory democracy.

Contributing to our big goal of bringing Go Vocal to over 1,000 cities in the next 3 years.

  1. Drive Go-to-Market Strategy and International Growth
  2. Shape GTM Playbooks: Design and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for priority regions (e.g., Germany, US, Nordics).
  3. Scale Lead Generation: Build and optimize lead-generation channels.
  4. Forge Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with municipal associations, referral partners.
  5. Build a Global, Impactful Brand
  6. Elevate Global Thought Leadership: Position Go Vocal as a leader.
  7. Refine Brand Positioning: Craft a compelling narrative.
  8. Showcase Tangible Impact: Highlight Go Vocal’s results.
  9. Inspire and Lead a High-Performing Team
  10. Empower Marketing Team: Cultivate a culture of creativity.
  11. Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a key connector with Country Managers, Sales, Product, GovSuccess teams.
  12. Optimize Through Data: Define and track performance metrics.

  21. We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on marketing leader.
  22. You thrive in a small, agile team.
  23. You are curious, open-minded and passionate.
  24. 5+ years of hands-on experience working in marketing or growth.
  25. 4+ years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  26. Fluent in English, both in writing and verbally.
